What priorities will be established in our children when any of the following are true?
- When we are early to the game, but late to worship service.
- When we see our children do their homework, but never check to see if Bible lessons are complete.
- When they cannot stay up late on school nights lest it infringe upon their school work, but they can stay up and play games or watch TV on Saturday night, even though they will be attending Bible Class the next morning.
- We will not let them miss school even though they do not want to attend, but we cater to their whims and let them miss Bible Class.
- We know the names of their public school teachers, but we cannot call the names of their Bible Class teachers at church.
- We will volunteer to serve at our child's school or group activities, but will not volunteer to help with the Children's Bible Classes at church.
- When we see that our children do not miss any practices, group meetings, or scheduled activities during the week, but do not support gospel meetings or Vacation Bible School with our faithful attendance.
- We will not schedule vacations so as to make our children miss any school events, but think nothing of scheduling a vacation during gospel meetings or Vacation Bible School.
- Our children see us go to work when we do not feel well, but stay home from church services under the same circumstances.
- Our children hear us praise and glorify worldly people, but criticize the elders, deacons, preacher, song leaders, etc.
